Abdul has +16 years of experience in Human Resource Management with a specialization in Organizational Development, where he is focal in the organizational design processes, learning and development, and talent management.
He is currently the Organizational Development Manager at NSSF and was previously the Learning & Development Manager at MTN Uganda Limited and Coca Cola Beverages Africa.
Abdul holds a Bachelors’s in Development Studies, a Master’s in Business Administration, and is a CTP(Certified Talent Practitioner). He is an IFC-certified adult trainer.
