Kizito has +19 years of experience in accounting, audit, assurance, and consultancy. He is currently an Executive Director with Sync Consults Limited, where he leads a team of seasoned consultants in all consultancy missions. Before this, he was an Associate Director with Deloitte (U) Limited, where he led audit engagement in various sectors as well as being chief of staff for the financial services industry. He also worked with the Deloitte Dubai offices in the United Arab Emirates for two years, from 2008 to 2010. Adam holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering and is a fellow of the ACCA, affiliate of ICPAU. He is an IFC-certified adult trainer.
