She is currently a consultant at Sync Consults Limited and a director at Muslim Hands Foundation. At Sync consults, she has participated extensively in missions to enhance governance, operational excellence and financial management within Small and medium enterprises.
At Muslim Hands Foundation, she leads interventions to enhance the livelihood of last-mile communities in hard to reach areas.
Kauthara holds a Bachelors’ degree in Business Computing from Makerere University and a Master’s in financial management from Amity University, India.
