Bid Notice

• Electricity Regulatory Authority invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for:

• Electricity Regulatory Authority intends to sell vehicles on the “as is” basis. The Authority will have no further liability after sale.
• Bidding shall be conducted in accordance with the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act 2003 of Government of Uganda and is open to all bidders.
• Bidders may inspect the vehicles at the ERA Parking Yard on plot 15, Shimoni Road from Monday to Friday from 14^th– 25^th May 2018 from 2:00pm to 4:00pm.
• Bidders may obtain further information from the Procurement and Disposal Unit of the Authority from 2:00pm to 4:00pm Monday to Friday

• Bids must be delivered to the above address on 30^th May 2018 at or before 10:00am. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids shall be opened in the presence of Bidders who choose to attend at the above address at 10:30am on 30^th May 2018
