The Electricity Regulatory Authority under Section 44 of the Electricity Act, 1999, Chapter 145 of the Laws of Uganda received an Application for Modification of the Bulk Power Supply Licence Number ERA/LIC/BPS/020/193 issued to Uganda Electricity Transmission Company Limited (UETCL).
UETCL applied to the Authority for Modification of:
- Definition of the Tariff Year
- Schedule 1: Operating and Maintenance Costs (TOC).
The Authority is considering a review of the Application and invites all affected Stakeholders to submit representations or objections to the Secretary to the Authority by email at secretary@era.go.ug. Download Full Application Here
