appointed by the Minister of Energy and Mineral Development, with the approval of Cabinet.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-91ecebb empowers the Minister of Energy and Mineral Development to appoint a chairperson of the Authority, out of the five members appointed and approved by Cabinet. The Minister is mandated to appoint a member who is qualified and experienced in management, economics or in the Electricity Supply
