The Authority will have no further liability after sale.<\/li>\n<li>Bidding shall be conducted in accordance with the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act 2003 of Government of Uganda and is open to all bidders.<\/li>\n<li>Bidders may inspect the<strong>\u00a0vehicles\u00a0<\/strong>at the\u00a0<strong>ERA Parking Yard<\/strong>\u00a0on\u00a0<strong>plot 15, Shimoni Road<\/strong>\u00a0from\u00a0<strong>Monday<\/strong>\u00a0to<strong>\u00a0Friday from 14<sup>th<\/sup>&#8211; 25<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0May 2018 from 2:00pm to 4:00pm<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Bidders may obtain further information from the\u00a0<strong>Procurement and Disposal Unit<\/strong>\u00a0of the Authority\u00a0<strong>from 2:00pm to 4:00pm Monday to Friday\n<p><\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Bids must be delivered to the above address on\u00a0<strong>30<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0May 2018 at or before 10:00am<\/strong>. Late bids shall be rejected.
