The country has also got a rich history of religion and one of the most prominent beliefs is Christianity, no wonder it is the \u201cHome of the Uganda Martyrs\u201d. <\/strong>You could choose to renew your faith and undertake a ten-day Uganda Martyrs trail and follow the journey that the 22 Uganda Martyrs took throughout their lives upto Namugongo where they met their death. The trail takes you to all the important sites that have a connection to the Uganda Martyrs and these include the King\u2019s Palace, some of their birth places, various worship places constructed in their memory and lastly the Namugongo Martyrs Shrine. There is also a museum at the Anglican shrine which tells the whole story of these martyrs, again this is a must visit!<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
