Has over 16 years of working experience in business and project operations with proven expertise in administration, human resources and project management. At PSFU Loy has been part of implementation teams as Project Administrator for various multilateral projects implemented successfully.
Loy holds a Master of Business Administration (Finance Option) from Makerere University, a Bachelors Degree (Upper Second Honors) & Diploma in Education, with Certificates in Human Resources Skills for Administrators & Professionals and Effective Administration & Management Skills. She previously worked with The Monitor Publications Limited before joining PSFU.
