Byenkya Julius Atwooki has over 30 years\u2019 experience in designing, managing\/implementing, monitoring and evaluating public sector reforms and social sector projects. He has worked with Government Ministries, Department and Agencies (MDAs), the Private sector and development partners namely, the UN, World Bank, USAID\/Deloitte and UK Aid.<\/p>\n
He holds a Master\u2019s degree in Public Administration & Management obtained from Makerere University, Kampala and a Bachelor\u2019s degree in Social Work & Social Administration also from Makerere University.
