Dr. Moses Arinaitwe is the Chief of Party for the USAID LPHS-EC Activity. Prior to this, he was the Deputy Chief of Party for the USAID RHITES-E Activity where he oversaw technical programs planning, implementation, district coordination, capacity building, QI, Supply Chain Management and Strengthening Human Resources for Health.
He also worked as Director of HSS and Director Strategic Information/Quality Improvement for the USAID STAR-E and USAID SUSTAIN Projects respectively.
Dr. Arinaitwe has over 20 years’ experience that includes management of large projects and proposal development, with expertise in health systems strengthening, quality improvement, leadership and governance among others.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in medicine (MBChB), postgraduate trainings (MSc and MBA) degrees from Makerere University, and several other relevant short courses.
