Mrs. Ochieng is an advocate of the High Court with over 10 years’ experience as an in-house legal counsel at Makerere University. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB), Post graduate Diploma in Legal Practice (DLP), Post Graduate Diploma in Public Administration and Management (PGDPAM), Masters in Theology and Contextualized Pastoral Ministry.

She is passionate about Corporate governance, compliance, policy formulation, and promotion of Human Rights, Alternative Dispute Resolution, among others.
