The ministry launched the &#8216;MUNONYE&#8217; campaign aimed at identifying more than 10,000 children and adolescents between the ages of 0 &#8211; 19 who are living with HIV last year.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"v1MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"en-UG\">\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"en-UG\">Uganda is targeting to end HIV spread by 2030 through the champion ministry of health. To achieve the goal, various strategies have been laid on a road map , some of which include advocating for adherence of HIV drugs by victims, free HIV testing and counseling among others.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"v1MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"en-UG\">\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"en-UG\">Depending on the data, Uganda is almost there to reach the\u00a0 95% of people with HIV who are on treatment.
