Prior to this, he was the Deputy Chief of Party for the USAID RHITES-E Activity where he oversaw technical programs planning, implementation, district coordination, capacity building, QI, Supply Chain Management and Strengthening Human Resources for Health.<\/p>\n<p>He also worked as Director of HSS and Director Strategic Information\/Quality Improvement for the USAID STAR-E and USAID SUSTAIN Projects respectively.<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Arinaitwe has over 20 years\u2019 experience that includes management of large projects and proposal development, with expertise in health systems strengthening, quality improvement, leadership and governance among others.<\/p>\n<p>He holds a bachelor\u2019s degree in medicine (MBChB), postgraduate trainings (MSc and MBA) degrees from Makerere University, and several other relevant short courses.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":1119,"template":"","staff-category":[17],"class_list":["post-1118","staff-member","type-staff-member","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","staff-category-management"],"acf":[],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/hostalitecloud.com\/mjap\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/staff-member\/1118"}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/hostalitecloud.com\/mjap\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/staff-member"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/hostalitecloud.com\/mjap\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/staff-member"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/hostalitecloud.com\/mjap\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media\/1119"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/hostalitecloud.com\/mjap\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=1118"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"staff-category","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/hostalitecloud.com\/mjap\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/staff-category?post=1118"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
