Joyce Kasirye is the Director Human Resources & Administration at Uganda Communications Commission. She is a Chartered Human Resources Analyst and a member of the Human Resource Managers Association of Uganda.
With 15 years of hands-on experience managing HR functions in national and regional organizations, she holds a Master’s degree in Sociology from University of Nairobi, Bachelor’s degree in Education, from Makerere University, PGD in Human Resource Management from Kenya Institute of Management and a PGD in Human Resource Management from ICS London among others. Before joining the Commission, Joyce worked with National Social Security Fund (U) and IPS Group (Kenya).
